A reliable partner
The FSSC 22000 certificate is an internationally acknowledged certificate for food safety. Not only the all single ingredients, but also our end products are being checked for their quality level several times during the process. At MixMasters quality is hardwired in all our processes and handling activities. This makes us a reliable production partner for your business.
Procurement of ingredients
The ingredients we source are all of excellent quality. MixMasters exclusively buys the ingredients from well-known and reliable suppliers, which are fully screened by our quality department. Each supplier needs to match the high standards we demand looking at quality of the ingredients itself, but also the ways of working during their processing and sourcing of the ingredients.
Thanks to the vast network our procurement department has build up, we are able to source large volumes of ingredients from every corner of the world, in a relatively short period of time.
How do we work?
Our purchase managers are always looking for the best ingredients from the right supplier. Before we actually order an ingredient, our quality employees test the single ingredient on smell, flavor, color, taste and technical characteristics. When the ingredients are ordered and reach our warehouse we start by testing the batch on technical and safety aspects. Only when the batch is absolutely approved, we take it into our system for production.
After the ingredient has been put into our system and into production planning, we have multiple checks during the process. In the final step – after the mixing – before the packing, our quality manager does a final check on the end product. This way we can make sure that the batch is exactly the same as the approved sample and/or formula.
When all the lights are on green, we continue packing your product and prepare your order for pick-up and delivery.
